Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to change a sender for powerforms to be generic (i.e company name) instead of named user in the list? I have a set of powerforms that I have created that will be used by many different users. Thanks.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

The only way to change the sender to a generic one is to have a generic user and assign that user as the owner/sender of the powerform, you could try to mask the sender information using one of the following options:

You could use the feature "Custom Email Domain", you will need to create a DocuSign Organization first within your account, then follow this guide Add and Verify a Subdomain to Use as a Custom Email Domain.

You can also try to change the notification using the "Email Resource File", please see DocuSign Email Resource File Guide.

Important: Using resource files for account branding is an advanced option. This option should only be used by someone experienced in working with XML and HTML files. This information guide does not provide specific information about modifying XML and HTML information.

Please let us know if you need further assistance with anything else and click "Select as Best" below if you find the answer a valid solution to your issue!.

You can create a case at https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport and a Support agent will contact you, If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
