Are you using a template when creating your envelope?

If you are, please verify if you get the same result when sending an envelope without a template. You will also want to re-try through a different network, device and browser. It is important to try these options separately as they may lead us to the root cause of the issue.

I have the same problem. I’ve tried on Chrome and Safari, the problem is the same. Any solution?

No, I can send documents when I’m not using a template.

Try recreating the template, if you don’t have any checkboxes in it, then the issue must be a glitch in the template itself, that should not persist in other envelopes or templates.
