Good day, 

 

I hope someone can help me. On the free trial we played around with the platform to see what can be done (before we commit). Now that I’m ready to commit to a plan the platform does not allow me to select the plan that i want to have. 

 

I want to use the “Personal” plan however it states that i have multiple userers. I have closed the two additional users so it’s just me left as the sole user, however I still cannot purchase the “Personal” Plan. 

 

Help please.

I’m sorry to hear that the system is giving you issues when trying to create an account.

Can you provide your email address that you are trying to use to create the account via a private DM?
