I’ve been testing out DocuSign in trial mode to see whether we can incorporate it into our workflow. However I’m running into issues with the end result when creating an enveloppe.

This is the quality of the uploaded pdf into my template:
 

And this is the result I get when I open the final document that has to be signed.

As you can see there’s a lot of loss in quality, the same is true for nearly any document (word, pdf) that I upload. Any idea what might be causing this?

Obviously I won’t be able to convince our Department Head with such quality so I hope that there’s a way to resolve this issue.
