When I send a document after they have signed to my clients they are being asked for a password to open?  I can’t find where to unclick that option? This is new in the last month, I’ve used Docusign for years, anyone else experiencing this?  When I call they have no idea what i”m talking about.  HELP

@Marvelous Kay - If you are an Admin on your account, you might want to review these settings under Security Settings.
