Hi Docusign community,

A couple questions on sent documents:

  1. When I previewed the document before sending it was correct with required fields and read only areas. After sending and looking at in sent area of the “agreements” section it doesn’t show all the required fields and read only areas...is this ok? I want to ensure the signer sees what I saw in preview mode prior to sending…
  2. Can you correct a document on a free plan after sent? I was looking at help videos that show an option to correct so I can ensure I can sign the document once sent back with tenant signature to make a binding contract. Will I need to upgrade the plan/correct the signing order so that it has two steps for signing?

I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you, the sender can correct the envelope as long as they have a paid account (the correct option is not available to free plans)

Did you send the envelope from a free account?
