I am trying to login to my work DocuSign account, my supervisor reset the password and it works for them but not for me. Tried copy pasting, copy pasting plain text,  tried typing, tried different browsers, tried different wifi, tried mobile device, nothing seems to work. First I thought it was my browser but that doesn't seem to be the case.  There are no Microsoft credentials for DocuSign, and I've also cleared my cache and even reinstalled the browser fresh along with others.

It tells me invalid email / password each time

 

What could be the cause and how can I fix?

I'm aware there is a lockout after 6 attempts so it just makes solving this all the more time consuming. I couldn't find anything exactly like this. Is this perhaps an encoding issue? Its persisting across different devices.

I even reset the pass on my personal account as a test and that worked fine so it seems that it's just this account

 

Any help is greatly appreciated. I used to be logged into this account and use it before but now it seems I can't, but I need to for work.
