Are you referring to set up Recipient Authentication Identity Verification Information? Recipient authentication and identity verification information can be manually added to a generated CSV by inserting columns for access code, phone authentication, role identification, and phone number. If the role identification column is left blank, no authentication or verification is required. If a value is provided, recipients must authenticate via phone authentication using a one-time passcode sent via SMS or phone call to the specified phone number.

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic.
