Making sure you are not charged for services that are "free".


I got an email saying that I have a free 30 day trial for advanced services. Never signed up for this and I know how it works. After the 30 day free services I will get charged for services I will never use. How does one cancel this?

I am sorry to hear that you were enrolled in an undesired Free Trial, but I will assist you in solving the issue.


Our trial model does not require you to input your payment details, until the subscription expires at the end of the month.


Once that moment arrives you are welcome to decide whether or not you would like to purchase the monthly subscription.


Regarding how this could have happened, this behavior is usually related to having the account created at the end of a document’s signing session, where the application will ask you if you would like to save a copy of the document in your account.


If you pick the option to save the document and don’t own an active account, the system will create a free account on your behalf.


You can also cancel of downgrade your account at any time. Whether you downgrade your Free Trial to a free account or decide to cancel, you may want to make certain that any important documents have been downloaded to your personal device or computer. 

Once an account has been closed, you will no longer have access to any documents.

If you’re not able to open a Customer Support case via the above link, scroll down further on the page to “More Support Options” and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." You will have different options to contact Support.
