add a user

Hi,

 

We have the eSignature Business pro with 1 seat, which I am currently using.

 

We want another person to also use as well. But, without being able to see each other’s documents sent for signing.

 

Is this possible by adding an extra seat and user? Or how can this be done?

We are committed to providing you with the best service possible. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, I understand that you want to add a new user without the ability to see the other envelope user.

 

As an administrator, you can add users to accounts and reactivate closed users. In Docusign eSignature Settings, select Users. Enter the email address for the new user and follow the prompts to review and edit the user if necessary. You can also reactivate closed users or add new users if the email address already exists in the account. Add Users to Accounts

 

By default the users are not able to view each other envelopes, however, if in the future you need them to you will need to set a Share Access with Other Users

 

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
