In our model for one of the user GlobalSalesComp@cognizant.com was deleted and now we have added them again , the issue is that GlobalSalesComp@cognizant.com had created it’s own Workflows and Envelopes in DocuSign and also had a lot of “Sent Items” too. Now as we have added the user again , the user is not able to see it’s Sent Items + Workflows + Envelopes. We want to Retrieve the DocuSign data for the user so can you please provide some assistance here.

 

If user ID deleted from Anaplan users tab will it delete the sent items of that user from Docusign? Is there any possibility to retrieve the items?

Hello, @Jerin 

On the Org Admin where you create users, it is not possible to delete an user, but only Close them. A closed user can be reactivated.

So, I didn’t understand how such user was deleted, can you clarify, please?

You can try this: 

  • Reactivate the closed user
  • Share his envelopes with another user (an Admin can do that)
  • Such user with the shared envelopes can see all folders and envelopes.
  • On CLM verify if the user shows up now as Active, make sure if he was using Delegated Permissions to work with Workflows because a standard CLM user cannot work with Workflows except if an Admin give to them delegated permissions or granted permissions for reports, actions menu,etc.
