When I'm logged into my DocuSign account, the envelope ID shows coming from my address; however, when the email is delivered, it shows dse@docusign.net. This is confusing to recipients. Can I change this?

This is the standard email address used by DocuSign for sending notifications and updates regarding envelopes, and it ensures that the emails are delivered reliably and securely.
However, you can customize the "from" email address to better align with your organization's branding and reduce confusion for your recipients.
