Email Resource File - Hide collaborative field activities

How can I modify the Email Resource File to hide the collaborative field activity from the email/envelope history that the signer receives? This is to make sure that the  signer such as an employee does not see the changes that were done.

To edit an Docusign Email Resource file you need someone who knows to use HTML and XML markup languages.
