I don’t know who’s brilliant idea was to mash all the categories together so we no longer had separation of completed, in progress, deleted and void.  I have a high volume of documents going out everyday, it makes it frustrating and confusing as to what has been completed and what is still pending.  So much so, that I am requesting that we look at another format to send documents out for completion and signature.

I am trying to sort my OpportunityLineItems by two fields in a word template for Gen.I wanted to sort by Recurring_Product__c and then by UnitPrice. No matter what I try i keep getting errors. This is my current tag: <# <TableRow Select="./OpportunityLineItems" OrderBy="Recurring_Product__c ASC, UnitPrice ASC"/> #>Which produces the OrderBy attribute is not declared. Any help is appreciated.

I have one small set of users who (after 10 years of using DocuSign) wants to use the time stamp with date signed field.  All of our other 1.2k users have been using DocuSign and have built templates off of the space allowed for date only (Jan-20-2026).  Is there a way to use a Regex pattern with a text field so that they can set the format of the field to whatever they want without affecting all users?  If so, can you provide the steps on how to do this?

For most accounts that I setup I have the option to pick SSO from security….but for some reason...some random accounts...I only get the ability to setup the access code….I am not sure what makes this pop up or how to change it where the SSO option pops up each time.

I am trying to get in touch with Docusign Support to troubleshoot envelope deliverability issues. I have tried to start a chat as instructed on the Support page [https://support.docusign.com/s/contactSupport?language=en_US], but the “chat with us” button does not work. How can I get in touch with Support if I am testing things from a developer account?

Hi,We are considering using Docusign Stamps in a B2B process. Our company would send the envelope, and the customer would upload their own corporate stamp image and apply it to a document within the envelope. From the customer's perspective, we expect a security concern such as:"If we upload our corporate stamp image to Docusign, how is the image protected from unauthorized access or reuse?"We understand that Docusign records the signing/stamping activity as part of the electronic transaction and that the stamp used is recorded in the Certificate of Completion. However, we would like to understand how Docusign views the security and appropriate corporate use of an uploaded stamp image itself.Specifically:How is an uploaded stamp image stored and protected? Who can access or reuse the uploaded stamp image? Can the sender of the envelope obtain or reuse the customer's uploaded stamp image? Is the uploaded stamp image reusable only by the signer who uploaded it, or can it be used in other co

Hi,We are currently reviewing how we can expand our use of DocuSign within our company. At present, we primarily use DocuSign for bilateral documents such as contracts, where both parties participate in the signing process. We are now considering expanding its use to documents such as purchase orders and related response documents. Currently, these documents are often exchanged by email. From a governance perspective, we would like to minimize email-based document exchanges and manage the entire exchange through DocuSign where possible. One scenario we would like to achieve is the following:A customer initiates the process using our company's DocuSign environment. The customer uploads a purchase order and signs/submits it. The workflow then moves to our company. Our company receives the customer's purchase order within DocuSign. Our company uploads the corresponding response document (for example, an order acknowledgment) to the same envelope and signs it. The envelope is then completed,

Hi, We are currently migrating to DocuSign App Launcher. While the old object is working fine with Salesforce Connect, the new objects fail to insert. I’m trying to create Envelope Status object in Salesforce followed by a Recipient Status when a User uses DocuSign to create envelopes instead of buttons inside Salesforce. It fails to insert Recipient Status giving a required field missing error - which is the previous DocuSign Envelope StatusHas anyone come across such an issue or worked on something similar ?

Hello, We need to activate EU Qualified Signature on our DS test tenant with Account ID: ********I understand that this can be done via the DS community Best regards, Yves **PII removed**

Is it possible to create a PowerForm (accessed via either a link or QR code) that accepts eSignatures from external users? My company works with subcontractors, and we would like them to be able to complete and eSign forms on their phones by simply scanning a QR code.  In this scenario, we would not know any of the user’s information before they went to sign the document.  I wanted to see if this was possible before upgrading our subscription.

My lender sent a DocuSign message that required I answer a series of Knowledge Based Authentication (KBA) questions. However, NONE of these questions had anything to do with me, my history, vehicles, property owned or resided at, or people who I’ve known. When I answered that I never lived in any of the location, owned any of the vehicles, do not know any of the people listed, etc, the authentication failed and I am unable to sign the documents. I suspect this may be due to the fact I requested LexisNexis to delete my data earlier this year. But why am Ibgetting random questions completely unrelated to me?

I have some questions about how sender-hosted In Person Signing works and what records it produces. In the PDF of a completed envelope, the document metadata shows a creation date/time and a modification date/time (Producer: PDFKit.NET). Which DocuSign events do these two timestamps correspond to, for example envelope creation or sending for the first, and completion/sealing for the second? In a sender-hosted In Person Signing session, which steps must be completed between the moment the envelope is sent and the moment it is completed: acceptance of the Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure (if enabled), display of the documents, adoption of a signature, completion of each signature field, Finish, the optional signer e-mail prompt, and the host registering the session as complete? Does DocuSign require a minimum time or a scroll-through of the documents before the signature fields can be completed? For an in-person signer, what does the Certificate of Completion record: the host's

I am looking for a quick way to replace an agreement in agreement manager with a version that is fully executed, where the final signatures were completed outside docusign. Can I replace the agreement without needing to delete the document and add a new one?

I paid for a DocuSign subscription and I am not able to use DocuSign. Here is the error message “Unable to create the envelope. You cannot send once your trial has expired.” I don't have time to resolve this, its been an hour of someone telling me to “clear my cache and cookies” which I did. No one is actually helping me and I’ve upset a very important client because I could not send over documents in time.Does anyone know what to do? I literally paid for the subscription.

When I try to transfer envelopes from one user to another I get the below error message. Both users are active, on the same site, and I have cleared my cache and tried in two different browsers. I am just not sure what else might be causing this.

Hi everyone,I am trying to understand how to reuse a document uploaded through an Agreement Request desk inside a Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) workflow and include it in an eSignature envelope. My workflow starts from a Web Form that contains several fields and one attachment field where the user uploads a document. The uploaded file is visible in the Agreement Desk request. However, I am confused about which step should be used next:- "Prepare document" seems to generate a document from a document template- "Get document from request" seems to retrieve documents generated from a document template in Agreement Desk- but my document is uploaded by the user through the Web Form, not generated from a templateSo my question is:How can I reuse a document uploaded via a Web Form attachment field and include it as a document in the "Send documents for signature" step in Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro)? Is "Get document from request" expected to work with Web Form attachments, or is th

With DAL when sending a contract to the customer, the User and Contact within Salesforce are merged into a single search field. Is there a way to separate User records with Contact records similar to DFS?

I’m sure other people have asked about this, but I’m not finding it.  The past couple of weeks there was a button on the bottom of our screens to switch back from new navigation view to the classic view. That button is now gone. We work out of the “Inbox” folder 100% of the time and now it is no longer there. We need to see everything that is coming in. Stuff that is now complete and stuff that needs to be signed. Once done with them we move to other folders. Some times we log incoming items that need to be signed but they are move to a side folder where they pend until I get the all clear to complete/sign them.  Not being able to view these separately is causing extreme issues with our productivity. HELP!!!

I keep receiving this error message even after multiple attempts at checking fields. What could be happening?

I’m trying to create a free developer (demo) account at docusign.com/developers/sandbox. Every submission returns “Your request cannot be completed. Having issues? Navigate to Docusign Support”, in normal and incognito windows, and no activation email arrives. My existing developer account works; I need a second one for testing a customer-account integration (separate company account). I have an open case, 18152098. Could a moderator help get this account enabled? I can share the email by private message.

Hello, We have documents that must be signed by several people in a specific order. In addition, there is one person who only needs to monitor the entire signing process without signing the document. We added this person as a "View Only" recipient at the end of the routing order. The person also needs to be able to print a copy of the document. However, we noticed that this recipient receives access to the document only after all signers have completed the signing process. What needs to be configured so that this person can access and view the document at any time during the signing process, while still not being required to sign?Thank you for your advice.

Hi, hoping a moderator can help with a billing issue. Account: Clayton Owens, c***@******n.com, Account ID ******8285 (now on Free plan). Aug 11, 2026: subscribed to eSignature Standard, presented as $30/month billed monthly (Amex ending 1004). Sep 11: charged $30 again. Sep 15: cancelled — confirmation said the subscription would end Oct 10 and switch to Free. Oct 10: charged $300. I understand this was the remaining balance on an annual-billed-monthly plan. I'm asking for a goodwill refund: the plan was presented as a monthly subscription, I cancelled in good faith before the charge, the account is Free, and I haven't used the paid service since cancelling. In-app chat confirmed my Free status but couldn't connect me to live support, and email cases aren't available on the Free plan. Could someone please help? Thank you.

We are integrating the Docusign eSignature REST API and need to test Advanced Electronic Signatures (AES) and Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) in our developer/demo account before production go-live.AccountSignatureProviders::List currently returns only DS Electronic (universalsignaturepen_imageonly). The official Docusign developer documentation states that Customer Service can add QES Signatures to a developer account.Could a Docusign team member please confirm the correct provisioning route and enable, or help us request, suitable AES and QES test signature providers for this demo account? We need to test recipientSignatureProviders/signatureProviderName, Connect identity-verification events, and completed-envelope audit evidence. No production enablement is requested at this stage.

Hi DocuSign team and community,I'm running into a blocker on my Developer Sandbox account and would appreciate guidance, as this is preventing me from validating the multi-signer workflow before our production rollout. The problem: I create an envelope from a template with 2 or 3 signers in sequential routing order. After sending, the envelope status shows as Sent in the envelope history, and the history confirms the email was dispatched to the first signer's correct address. However, the email never arrives. Not in Inbox, not in Spam, not in Promotions, not in any folder. Because routing is sequential, signers 2 and 3 are also never notified. What I've already verified on my side: recipient email addresses are correct (double-checked character by character), tested with multiple real email providers (Gmail, Outlook, corporate domain) with the same result across all of them, checked Inbox, Spam, Promotions, All Mail and Trash, the envelope history confirms Sent status with the correct re

When i send documents under part 11 to patients for their signatures and initials. They keep stating that it constantly logs them out after every signature and initial, is there a way to prevent that as patients get frustrated to sign any document digitally in this manner? Or is there a reason for this automatic log out and have to log back in?
