Unable to set up person signing. I have a form that requires witnessed signatures. The drop down box only gives options for need to sign and receive confirmation

We are committed to providing you with the best service possible. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, I understand that when you do not have the option to set an In Person Signing recipient.
In Person Signing is a feature that is available on Standard or above plans, could you provide the current plan that you have?
Are other users on your account having the same view?
Was the option available before?
Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic.
