Hi

Can I use the bulk send feature to send a document to a list of recipients and also personalise it like you would using mail merge, e.g. Dear <title> <surname>?

Thanks.

Hello, @Kenneth

Welcome to the DocuSign Community!

Yes, you can.

On this scenario, I’d suggest to you create a template with the document then after adding the recipients, in the document page add the fields that you need. For example, if you want a surname field, add a Text Field named it to Surname (Use the Data label property to rename it) and any other field that you would like to populate in the .CSV file.

When you use that template for your Bulk Send action, you’ll upload the .CSV file with all your recipients data and the fields that was created for you as the Surname. If you leave a field in blank that means your recipient will filled during the signing process.

Here a video explaining how to use Bulk Send.

I hope that helps!
