We are a Non-Profit looking to streamline the process of visitors signing a Hold Harmless Agreement upon entering our facility. 

 

I am looking to see if DocuSign has the correct format for us where we can upload a document and have multiple people sign the form without uploading it again and again. 

 

Most forms will be signed in person but some will be sent in bulk groups. 

 

Could someone assist with describing this process before we commit to the program?

Welcome to the DocuSign Community!

 

You can create a Template with the form that you mentioned. Add all the recipients that will sign the form, establish a signing order. For those recipients must sign in-Person you can assign the action In Person Signer so such signer must be in the place where you have a tablet or notebook used to show the form and sign it.

Also, it’s possible to send in Bulk using the solution Bulk Send.
