See Signing Groups by User

I have 200+ signing groups. If someone switches roles within the organization and happens to be a signer, it causes a ton of work, because I have to guess which signing groups they’re a member of.

I can’t look up a user and see all of their signing groups, only look at every single signing group from that department one by one and check if the user is part of it to remove the user one by one from signing groups.

I’d love this to be like shared access, and I see Signing Groups on the User’s profile.

Thanks so much for your idea, @FormWizard. After review, we found that this request can be accomplished using existing features within DocuSign.

To find which signing groups a user belongs to, you can: Go to My Profile > Select My Preferences > Navigate to Contacts > Type in the email address of the user > Press Enter

This will show the signing groups they are part of.
