Hello fellow members,If I email someone a document signed by docusign and they were not part of the envelope, should the certificate of completion be sent together with the signed document or not ? Does sending it pose a security risk in any way shape or form, given that some personal information is written in it, such as name, email, position etc ?  Thank you

Hi Does anyone know or have a template for the signing of building contracts ?

Hi together, We are trying to send an envelope to docusign via the ELO integration. We receive an error message, when the action “Send envelope” is triggered. “Signers that are required to meet 21 CFR part 11 compliance must have at least one required, non-conditional Signature or Initials tab.”In this post it seems as we would need a template with a signature tab:  Sadly we are not too familiar with creating templates. Does someone have a sample template that we could use for a test case? Thanks a lot in advance,Thilo Gaugler

Hello! I am trying to send a bulk invite template to 5,000 people. Once the document is signed, I would like to export the signed documents to a .csv file report. Is it possible to filter out the people who have signed the document, so that the report only includes documents with the “complete” status? I do not want to include people who have not yet signed in the report. Thank you!

How I can solve the following problems?1- When the powerform has been completed, if the FO accesses the link again he receives no warning that the powerform process has been already completed. Do you know if exists a way to have a block in case of accidentally re-accesses the same email?2- It seems that the hyperlink can also be used by e-mail addresses other than those who received the powerform. Is it possible to set some sort of block for each powerform sent, so that it cannot be forwarded by the recipient to be used by another e-mail address?3- What the function is for quantity-based usage setting in the advanced options?thank you for your supportBR

Hello,In DocuSign, I have unchecked the "Notify me when an envelope is completed" box in the email preferences for signers. However, the recipient still receives an email after signing that says: "All parties have completed «document’s subject»". How can I stop this email from being sent?Thank you in advance for your assistance.Best regards,

Hi all,We are sending our new hires information and forms to complete and sign.  Then the entire packet comes back to the recruiter who also has to sign in a few places.  Is there a way to only get back the pages that the new hire completed and eliminate all the informational pages that come back?  We send a very long policy document as well as other information.  When we get this back we need to send the completed data pages only on to others to create an employee ID.Thank you for your help!

Hi guys,First of all, sorry if this is not posted in the correct category. Is there a way to send multiple documents to different recipients ?Such as → Document-1 sent to recipient-1              → Document-2 sent to recipient-2 Perhaps a CSV file with the different data between Document-1 and Document-2 could work ?With everything in a unique bulk or something like that.Thank you for you help !  Anthony

I have two documents in my envelope, and I want to make it so that each document is it’s own section. The signer should know that these are two different documents. So the ideal workflow I am describing is that the signer gets the email, opens the doc, and they can go through and sign part 1. Once done, they click next, sign part 2, and then they can submit. Is this possible?

I am unable to do the final editing after creating an envelope.  There is no drop-down on the left to add signature fields, info, etc. When I click on Active (Send Now) the icon appears for the option to fill in the form or send blank.  When clicking to fill out the form, the form icon disappears & nothing happens. This is on my laptop Windows 10

Hi, I’m the admin of an enterprise DocuSign account, now I’m dealing with the following issue. The previous admin convinced the enterprise owners to change DocuSign to another provider. The DocuSign account was downgraded to free, but, now years and years worth of signed documents are nowhere to be found… What should I do? I’ve already searched all the accounts and the last admin said there was a time limit to download the files… Please Help!

Hi everyone, We are using Docusign as a Salesforce integration and send envelopes correctly from there however we are not able to receive any update in our email when the customer opens or completes the envelope so not sure what are we missing, can you please advise?Thank you

WANT TO CREATE 1 PACKAGE WITH INDIVIDUAL LINE ITEMS AND PRICING.CHECKBOX ON EACH LINE SO THAT CLIENT CAN SELECT TO INCLUDE THE PRICE, THE AMOUNT SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY ADD TO A TOTAL? iS THIS POSSIBLE TO CREATE WITH DOCUSIGN?

Can I restrict a user's ability to sign documents? I want certain users to have the ability to sign or initial documents, or issue documents for signature, but want to prevent their signing contracts via Docusign.

Am creating a HR template - it has one radio button Group - 3 radio buttons in the group.Radio Buttons are named as:Permanent,Fixed TermCasual. On the form I have some fields not required to be filled in if Casual is the radio button selection ie I would like these fields not to be visible if Casual is the selected button, but visible for both Permanent and Fixed Term if they are the selected radio buttonHow can I set this up? (have been reading on Flag Fields/use of formulas, but can’t seem to get it to work, obviously missing something in my comprehension so far)

Can I set up a document that doesn't have a signing order? I need it to be signed as the meeting is held, which may be different than the designated order

I run a volleyball club and use a webform for my club contracts.  I email out a link to the webform and they complete it.  How do I void the link if they do not sign the contract?  I don’t want them to go back and sign the contract after an extended period of time.  But I don’t want to delete the webform or template.

I need to require the signer to select 1 of 3 possible radio buttons.  All 3 cannot be left blank.

I will try to keep this clear and concise. I have a form that employees fill out when they have travelled for work and need reimbursement. This form does not belong to my group so I cannot change the contents of the form without it being rejected for processing so adding additional visible fields is out of the question. I’ve got the template mostly built out in DocuSign with the intention of turning it into a web form for everyone to use. I’m making use of invisible (white text on a white background) “flag” text fields to control the showing or hiding of certain fields and rows based on users responses. The condition I’m trying to build is: depending on whether the employee traveled in state, out of state, or a mixture of both one or possibly two fields need to be populated witt the total cost of travel expenses split out into in state costs in 1291 and out of state costs in 1292. There are formula fields called 1291 for in state travel costs, 1292 for out of state travel costs, and tw

Hello. The document that I am setting up in Docusign has a page labeled “Document Instructions” Is there a way to have this (the text) somehow visible to just the sender of the document? Thank you,Nancy

I have a spreadsheet that I need 547 signatures on.  The spreadsheet is pre-populated with the signers name, license, address and email.  There are blank columns for signature and date which is what I need docusign for.  Is there a way for me to use this spreadsheet instead of adding each recipient in and then also having to select where each person needs to sign and date?  Thank you!
