How do I turn on features for my DocuSign developer account?

I have a DocuSign developer/sandbox account and a production account. I want to explore web forms and SMS delivery with my sandbox account. How can I get these features enabled in my sandbox account?

Unable to access the meaning of signature setting for 21 CFR Part 11 Module

All DocuSign documentation shows that the 21 CFR Part 11 meaning of signature settings and ability to edit are a part of the branding settings, however the branding settings are locked out for my client’s account. Can someone please help me figure out if this has recently changed?

Bom dia! Gostaria de saber a possibilidade de alterar o nome e e-mail dos contatos salvos em nossa agenda de endereços. Possuímos muitos colaboradores que comumente trocam de endereço de e-mail e causam uma confusão pois não conseguimos editar ou excluir o e-mail antigo e acabamos enviando documentos para e-mails incorretos ou que estão em desuso. Além disso, gostaria de ver sobre a possibilidade de compartilhar minha agenda de contatos com outros usuários do docusign para que não precisem cadastrar todos os e-mails novamente à medida em que precisem enviar envelopes, pois isso gera um atraso que poderia ser evitado. Desde já, agradeço. Atenciosamente, Dayane.   Good morning!I would like to check the possibility of changing the name and email of the contacts saved in our address book. Error message running retrieve in demo environment

Any idea what the following message is trying to tell me after running a Retrieve script?“Error calling ListStatusChanges: {errorCode”:”USER DOES NOT BELONG TO SPECIFIED ACCOUNT”,”message”:”The specified User is not a member of the specified Account.”}I am the administrator, I own the template I used to process the envelope that I’m trying to report on, and I created the Retrieve script.  I’m at a loss. Thank you.  Susan

User Lockout

Wondering where to configure account lockouts for incorrect password attempts.  Is that even possible?  I know how to set the password requirements, but there’s nothing there for max number of failed attempts before restricting access.  Am I missing something?

Turn off prepending of filenames with "Complete_with_DocuSign"

Hoping someone can help. Is there a way to configure DocuSign so that it does not prepend filenames with “Complete_with_DocuSign” upon signature or download. I often have the filenames exactly as I want them, sometimes quite long, and they get truncated when DocuSign prepends the filename. When I download the combined document + summary I then have to rename the files back to what they were before they were uploaded. This is busy work I’d rather avoid. Is there a way to turn this off?

Hi, I’m an administrator for our company’s Docusign account.  I have just added a new user.  Customer rep told me that I would be sent an email to forward to new user to read, but I didn’t get.Is there a link or articles for new user I can forward it to him, assuming he’s never used DocuSign before and now has a user account to sign and send envelopes? thank you

Access to Suspended Account's Docs

I have a separate legacy account that was suspended due to credit card expiration. This account is under an admin account that I do not have access to. I can still log in and have access to old documents, which is all I need from this account. Will I always have access to this information in my suspended account or is there an expiration date on it when I will no longer be able to see these old documents?

Unmanaged Signups

If ‘Prevent unmanaged signups’ is enabled, domain users cannot create new accounts nor be added to external accounts if they are using an email address of the claimed domain. What is the impact to the functionality of the application or users if users can create new accounts and be added as external accounts if they are using an email address of the claimed domain? Does this pose a data integrity issue?

Hello everyone,I am currently testing DocuSign before purchasing a plan. I want to confirm if there is a function that allows me to disable the download or save a copy option for the signee. I only want the recipient to receive an email, sign the document, and not be able to download or save a copy. Is this feature available in the paid plan?Thank you.

Share user's envelopes

I was listed on the share user’s account and forgot to remove my access before I closed the account.  I reactivated the account to remove myself from the shared user account it won't let me remove because it's pending with them and they are no longer with the company.  How do I remove myself.  thank you

Hello.I have an interactive login (username and password) and now an SSO login; both using the same email address.  When I sign a document, it lands in my interactive account after signing but I would like it to land in my SSO account going forward.How do I make this happen?Thanks for any advice.PS: I have read the other threads that talk about the fact that I can’t merge the accounts; I am just looking for them to land in the SSO account going forward.

Moving Account to Non-Profit

We are a school that was using Docusign for only two users. I’ve discovered that there is an option for non-profit pricing that can save us some money since we need to add additional users as we grow.  I understand in order for me to make the switch, I will need to cancel my current account and create a new one. I do not want to lose the data we currently hold in our accounts so what would be the best way to backup all the data/documents we currently have?  OR is it possible to just transfer all the information to the new account? Additionally, can I use the same email address for this new account?

TechSoup Subscription

We purchased a DocuSign Standard Edition through TechSoup 9 months ago and we are coming up on our renewal.  Has anyone gone through the process of renewing DocuSign that was purchased through TechSoup. TechSoup indicated in the original order “Note: Your DocuSign Billing and Usage page might suggest that an annual payment is due at the end of the year of service. However, your cost at that time will continue to be $0.00.”  I would like insight into how the subscription process works before getting hit with a $300 renewal fee. Will we get a communication from DocuSign as we get close to our renewal date? Thanks CraigP
