Envelope shipping quantity.

Hello good afternoon.I would like to know where I can check how many package submissions to sign I have available on my license. There is a user who has exceeded the limit for sending contracts to sign. Where do I check how many shipments I have released?

Why does the "Correct" button disappear on a shared envelope that is also CC'ed to the person the envelope was shared with?

We had an issue where we were trying to cover for someone who is out of the office on an envelope that they had shared with both me and my coworker, so that we could cover for them. My co-worker didn’t have a “Correct” button on the shared envelope. And I did. My co-worker and I have the same configuration in every way. The only difference was that she was CC’ed on the specific envelope, and I wasn’t. If anything, I would think the CC would give her MORE access vs. take away a “Correct” button. Problem solved now, and the right contract is routing because I still had the “Correct” button and could fix it. But we’re trying to figure out why my coworker’s “shared” view would look different than mine just because she was CC’ed on the envelope? That seems very weird.

One of our DocuSign users has two accounts with the same email id. But his account ID is different. How can i merge them or deactivate one account?

One of our DocuSign users have two DocuSign account with the same email id. But his account ID is different. How can i merge them or deactivate one account? I checked in Admin profile with the email Id, it is showing only one account in admin module. But somehow user is using both these accounts and facing issues because of that. Guide me to delete or merge his account.

Hello,we are planning a migration from the sapphire account to the nttdata account.Could the users and the envelopes of the users be bulk exported and imported into the new system?i see the option to download the users but i dont see the option to export the envelopes of the users so they can be migrated as well.Could you please assist with some information how i can do it? Is there a way to export all the data contained in my envelope to a CSV file? I mean not just the default data (namely: EnvelopeId, Sender, Envelope Status, Subject, Created, Sent Initial, Last Sent, Completed, Voided, Voided Reason, Declined, Declined Reason, RecipientId, Recipient Name, Recipient Email, Recipient Type, Recipient Routing Order, Recipient Status, Recipient Viewed, Recipient Signed, Recipient Declined, Recipient Declined Reason), but also the custom content of my letter? For example, the name and surname entered by the user, their date of birth, marital status, etc.?

Is there a way to showcase or "Group" which attachments were uploaded to a particular attachment field?

Hey Everyone, We have a unique use case where there are multiple attachment fields on a template as they are conditional and only required based off of certain text and/or values entered.That having been said, is there a way to “group” attachments if 1) Multiple attachments are allowed within an attachment field and 2) to showcase which attachments were part of attachment field 1 vs attachment field 2?

Any idea what the following message is trying to tell me after running a Retrieve script?“Error calling ListStatusChanges: {errorCode”:”USER DOES NOT BELONG TO SPECIFIED ACCOUNT”,”message”:”The specified User is not a member of the specified Account.”}I am the administrator, I own the template I used to process the envelope that I’m trying to report on, and I created the Retrieve script. People are using the discussion boards to ask questions that should be directed directly communicating with customer service instead, like when they are overbilled or their files disappeared before they did their taxes. Hello everyone,I am currently testing DocuSign before purchasing a plan. I want to confirm if there is a function that allows me to disable the download or save a copy option for the signee. I only want the recipient to receive an email, sign the document, and not be able to download or save a copy. Is this feature available in the paid plan?Thank you.

I was listed on the share user’s account and forgot to remove my access before I closed the account. I reactivated the account to remove myself from the shared user account it won't let me remove because it's pending with them and they are no longer with the company. Browser doesn't recognize DocuSign PKI software is installed

Hello,We need to install “DocuSign PKI software” + “DocuSign browser extension” to be able to sign some contracts for a local Windows user (without admin privileges). After the installation using admin credentials, the browser doesn’t recognize the DocuSign PKI software is installed, not even if I execute the browser with the same admin user I’ve installed the software.The only way it works is directly connected in admin account – but in that scenario we don’t have the certificate we need that is installed in the first local user I mentioned. Could someone help us with that, please?Thanks!

Sharing folders

The inability to share folders is very inconvenient. It would really be helpful to organize envelopes according to our usage needs -- for example, by date that the envelopes will be used -- at different stages of completion. I would like to create a folder where other collaborators can add envelopes, or where I could move other shared users’ envelopes. As it is now, the only way to have all related envelopes in a single folder is to transfer ownership of envelopes.

We purchased a DocuSign Standard Edition through TechSoup 9 months ago and we are coming up on our renewal. Has anyone gone through the process of renewing DocuSign that was purchased through TechSoup. TechSoup indicated in the original order “Note: Your DocuSign Billing and Usage page might suggest that an annual payment is due at the end of the year of service. However, your cost at that time will continue to be $0.00.” I would like insight into how the subscription process works before getting hit with a $300 renewal fee. Will we get a communication from DocuSign as we get close to our renewal date? Thanks CraigP
