Error message running retrieve in demo environment

Any idea what the following message is trying to tell me after running a Retrieve script?

“Error calling ListStatusChanges: {errorCode”:”USER DOES NOT BELONG TO SPECIFIED ACCOUNT”,”message”:”The specified User is not a member of the specified Account.”}

I am the administrator, I own the template I used to process the envelope that I’m trying to report on, and I created the Retrieve script.  I’m at a loss.

Does the user have multiple accounts?

@justin jiang  i only have one account but i am the administrator of eSig and of CLM.  not sure if that’s what you are looking for?

I’m sorry to hear that you are getting an error, I understand this happens when you try to use Retrieve.

 

Are you running this for a specific user? What version of Retrieve are you on?
