Hi All,

I am looking to administer a Web Form I recently created to some co-workers. With that being said, if I am out of the office, can I designate someone else to administer it for me? If so, what does that process look like? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Sincerely,

Jody

Hello @jhyde826,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

I apologize for the inconvenience that this might cause you, I know the importance of having the information needed on a web form to be shared as needed with your coworker's; I understand that you want to know how to administer a Web Form that you recently created to some co-workers.

We apologize currently, there is no option to transfer the ownership of the Web Form. However, administrators should have access to all web forms on their accounts.

The user who authorizes the account and activates the web form doesn't have to be the original creator or owner of the web form; however, the new sender must be an eSignature administrator. To change the current sender, the eSignature administrator goes through the activation process, authorizes the account, and activates the form on behalf of the form creator or owner. An administrator has access to all web forms on the account, but only the owner can download the data. It is not possible to update the privacy policy link in a web form at this time.
