Using Forms to Set Additional Signers/Recipients

I’m looking to create a form that would generate an envelope to be signed. I want the person who fills out the form to be able to set additional recipeients or signers. I could think of two ways of doing this - either, setting the names/emails for the individuals to be added as recipeients 2 and 3 or by having them set their name/email so they could then use the “Modify Recipients” Recipient as the second recipeint.

Is this possible?

I think I figured this out. You can set this in the additional recipients section of the signature page. On this page you can set the recipient name and email from fields in the form. If the fields are not already there, then you can add them manually using text and email fields.
