Signing/Viewing Order

Is it possible to have all parties view the DocuSign once it is sent but still have a signing order. Ex: I send out a docusign for three people; Can all three people view the docusign at the same time, but only person 1 would be able to sign.

Locked pdf - signature

Hello everyone! For work, I often send forms for approval, to be signed via DocuSign. Along with the form, I send documents that need to be signed using a digital signature on Adobe, not via DocuSign, after the approval flow. The problem is that when the approval process is complete and I go to download the document to be digitally signed, the PDF is locked, and I can't apply the signature.Is there a way to prevent this from happening? The PDF that needs to be digitally signed on Adobe is different from the one signed on DocuSign; it is uploaded only for reference, to be viewed. Thank you!

Generating google sheet or CSV form fields from Templates (dynamic Fields)

HI I have created a dynamic Template that contains adopter and foster information for a shepherd rescue. The adopter signs the adoption contract, and our rescue also completes with signature.Our Treasurer uses the final contract information to document for tax purposes the adopter information and rescue fee and puts this info in Quick Books. The new template style makes it hard for her to copy and paste the info. is there a way to write the dynamic data fields that were created into a CSV file or google sheet without having to use a tool like Zapier ? or do I need Zapier to do create and document the list of adopters, rescue fee, adopter info etc

Hi! I have a document that requires multiple text boxes in a small space. The issue is although the boxes are on different lines, they block what the box is actually for. So if the form has printed on it city, state and zip and I drop a text box for each one, you cannot see the words city state and zip because the text box above it blocks the header in the box below it. Is there a way to make the text box we drop a clear outline so you can see what is behind it?

Getting rid of the sign frame

Hello, I have a quick question. I want to get rid of the frame around the signature. I have changed my settings. I have cleared the cache. I have done everything. When I go sign the document, the frame continues to appear. I do not want the frame. How do I fix this? I have tried to sign it on the mobile app, but it continues to crash, and I cannot. Thank you for any help in advance.

A Delay with Second Recipient Receiving DocuSign

The last couple of days when sending DocuSign to more than two receipts - the first recipient will receive the email to sign and then the second recipient will not receive the email for a few hours (or unless I “resend” it). The box is NOT checked with a preference of who signs when. Is anyone else having this problem?

Edit phone # for code access

How do I edit an advisor phone # that was entered wrong for the access code? when I try and edit the docusign, I get a message that editing will cancel the original and I will have to resend. The client has already signed and all I want to edit is the ohone # for the advisor signature.

How to validate a physical document supposedly sent from DocuSign?

If in theory someone received 5 of the same documents physically, in printed form, with each being signed in ink and each document having a unique DocuSign Envelope ID contained in the document, how do you verify the validity of these documents? Is there a DocuSign envelope ID checker somewhere that you can lookup the envelope ID and confirm the ID matches to the original electronic document? What if no email or link was sent and only the physical copy, is there a way to ensure these are valid?

Hello,We have a pdf file created in adobe with a textfield that has property set called “Comb of” that is used to stretch the data to fill the entire width of the text field. How could we change a document, which is already signed?

Hello all, I know that when our recipient has signed the document and send it back to us, we are not able to make any changes and if finally we need an amendment, we should void the signed document and launch a new envelope (and pray that the recipient won’t do it wrong again). Following this, I wonder if there is any possibility to return it backwards to the recipient, without voiding, so he could make the proper changes and resign it?My question arises following the last time I had to void an envelope, but I didn’t find such option. Instead, the system proposes a “Decline to sign” option, which alerts that we “can request changes to this document” and we could “contact the sender directly” with our request. So finally it turns out that changes are possible even after the document is signed? Is that right? Could you please share what steps should we take in order to take this opportunity? Before bothering our client to try to change it, I would appreciate if you could advise us on thi

Hi,In docusigned documents, I noticed that above the signature sometimes it is written “DOCUSIGNED BY” and sometimes it is “SIGNED BY” even for the same user profil. For both, there is the ID underneath the signature.What is the difference when it is “DOCUSIGNED BY” and ”SIGNED BY”?
