Hey new member, we’re glad you’re here! We know that joining a new community can be daunting, so we’ve put together this quick guide to help you get started.
Step 1: Create an Account
If you haven’t created an account yet, you can do so by clicking Log In in the top-right corner. You will be prompted to create either a Customer or Developer account.
- If you use Docusign products to send, sign, or manage agreements for your organization, choose Customer.
- If you build integrations, apps, or automations using Docusign APIs, SDKs, or developer tools, choose Developer.
Once you’ve created an account, you can fill in your profile details and set your account preferences by clicking your profile icon in the top-right corner and selecting My profile → Edit Profile.
Step 2: Tour the Community
In this 3 minute video, we show you around our community by covering these sections of the site:
- Help forums: Where you can ask questions, share answers, and engage with over 15,000 members to find solutions to your Docusign challenges.
- Groups: Join groups tailored to your industry and interests to connect with and get feedback from peers who understand your work.
- Get Inspiration: Discover content designed to help you level up your skills with Docusign and refine your approach to agreement management.
- Events: Attend live, monthly events hosted by Docusign experts to gain actionable tips and guidance.
- Ideas: Have an idea to improve a Docusign feature or request a change? Post it in our Ideas forum, where our product team reviews submissions for their roadmaps.

Be respectful and inclusive
We’re all here to foster a welcoming and supportive environment. Kindness and respect are essential. Help ensure everyone feels safe—bullying, harassment, and any degrading comments based on race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity will not be tolerated. If you need to flag spam or inappropriate posts, please follow these steps.
Contribute meaningfully
This community thrives on the value that each member adds. The more thought and effort you put into your posts, comments, and discussions, the more everyone benefits. Aim to add quality insights that help elevate the conversation.
Be clear and specific
To get the best possible answers, be as specific and detailed as you can when asking questions. Vague or brief questions may not receive helpful responses, and we may ask you to revise and clarify your post.
Search before posting
Before asking a new question, please use the search function to see if your issue has already been addressed. If a similar topic exists, consider how you can add to the conversation or ask your question in a fresh way.
Moderation and final say
To keep the Community running smoothly, moderators reserve the right to remove content that doesn't align with our guidelines or the spirit of the community. We’re committed to maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.
