Select All Templates in a folder to add to a single envelope

It appears there is no “select all” option to add multiple templates to a single envelope without having to click on each template individually.  In our use case we have multiple standard forms to complete but some scenarios exclude one or more of these forms - we’d like to be able to go into our “Standard Forms” folder, select all, and then remove the few outliers by deselecting them.  There will always be fewer forms that aren’t sent so we would prefer to deselect 3 rather than select 20+ individually. 

I tried the keyboard shortcut of selecting the top template, holding shift and selecting the bottom template and this did work to select all if I was in the template screen.  However, once I have them selected I can’t find a way to send an envelope from the template screen.  The keyboard shortcut does not appear to work when I go into the Send an Envelope > User a Template screen.  Is there a better way to handle this scenario?
