The timestamp in now automatically coming up with the date stamp.  I have noticed that the time does not match my computer's time (the current time) and it does not seem to be the correct time when my clients' sign.   When I enter date and time manually (or allow my client to when they sign) the auto stamp is always wrong and does not match near the time the document was signed.   Putting the timetable of the signing off.

I need some guidelines or documents to make User silent Activation(directly activate the User without sending the email) through API or UI in DocuSign.

I sent a document to two recipients both with the same email address. The first recipient received and signed the document. The second recipient did not receive the document and I got a message saying "Auto Responded: Correct to fix email address errors." How can this be if both recipients had the same email address and the first recipient received the document?

How do I edit my initials on my signature?  I have two choices only: Add or delete.  So I added the same signature, but the initials keep only using my First and last initial.  I'm trying to include my middle initial, which is on my signature as my official DBA.  Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hi, Are there any manager reports that can see a list of what's pending and what's completed based off of each of their shared users?  OOB it looks like they have to click one by one on each user's shared envelopes to see this information. It'd be beneficial at a Manager level to see a dashboard of pending and completed information in a time frame of all of their employees.

My client would like me to stop the automatic reminders until they are ready to sign.  They are reviewing and awaiting internal approvals.  Can I stop the reminder until they are ready to sign?

Hi folks, any help really appreciated. I'm new to the DocuSign product.I need to send out a contract to around 500 customers using bulk send but want to do some dummy run testing first to check all is in order before hitting send to everyone. Is there a way of doing this? I have gone through the whole bulk send process using my test email accounts and got it working as I want it to, but when I go to replace them with the live data, the signing fields are lost each time. Thanks in advance,

For instance, say a document needed three different signatures, but the sender didn't care about the order those signatures were added. Since there is no signing order, all three signers get the email to sign at the same time. If Person A signs before Person B, does Person B sign a version which includes Person A's signature, or does Person B sign a blank version? Does DocuSign have a way to add all those signatures to the same document? Or would it be best practice to always include signing order, even if not necessary?

As an account Admin, I need to view a draft using the Shared Envelope view.  I can view the Inbox, Sent and Deleted folders but I am unable to view drafts.  I tried using Search too.  Any idea how I can see a senders drafts?

Hi,I am facing a problem in template matching. Below steps describe the problemAn agreement is generated from our loan system in PDF I use this agreement (10 pages) to set up my template i.e. create placeholders for Signatures and Date Signed (these are on page 10 i.e. last page) (I add a location "auto place" to these fields based on a key word) To test the template, I upload the same PDF into an envelope, the template match works perfectly Now to test whether my location auto place is working correctly I take a print out of the PDF through which I had set up the template Insert a blank A4 paper to make it page no. 10 so that page 11 is the one on which customer is supposed to sign (agreements for different customers can run into different no. of pages) Total pages now are  11 I scan these 11 pages as a PDF with page 10 being the blank page and page 11 as the page where the customer should sign The scanned PDF is uploaded in an envelope, but no template match is suggested by the s

I would like to add an "approver" to the signing order of documents with multipe stakeholders. I do not want the "approver" to sign/initial - I just want them to be a gatekeeper. I have read this feature exists, but I cannot locate it on Web.  What version/plan do I need to use this feature?

Hello, I have a question about a template I created a few months ago. The templates first recipient populates data on the documents within the envelope and then two rcipients that must sign follow. When I originally designed and tested the template, the signers were only able to see only their form(as intended) and were able to edit the optional fields the first recipient may have filled in on their respective form. I just tested this and the signers can no longer edit any optional fields the first recipient could optionally fill out. Was this impacted by the Spring '18 release or is this functionality no longer offered? Thank you for your help in advance!

How do I place the DocuSign logo on my desktop?

I have not used DocuSign before but have been asked to find out whether DocuSign can do the following: From a template form, create a new form outlining a particular job to be emailed to a client for their electronic signature and return. Ok so far. But then they would like the form to be linked to an excel spreadsheet so that either the information that goes on the form in the first place can be pulled from Excel - or vica versa - with information from the completed/signed form then going back into an Excel spreadsheet. I hope this makes sense. Thank for any guidance!

Hello, I recently migrated from the Classic DocuSign experience to the New enviroment. Upon creating a new template in the new enviroment, I noticed the abilty to set a form field to be editable by other recipients was not there. I am aware of the document markup feature, however, I am not interested in allowing our recipients to have that much control over what they can edit. Isolating the users ability to edit only fields I set as editbale is ideally what I am looking for. Is the "Allow to Edit" feature available in the New DocuSign Experience? If so, why isn't it a visible form object setting?Thank you in advance for any help or suggestions!

How do you clear or reset a radio button

Envelope expired after sending a week ago and voided out my envelope.  How do I un-void the envelope?

I have made a checkbox mandatory in my template. However, customers are still able to untick and return.  How can I prevent this?

I'm noticing that some of our envelopes are being voided because they are expiring.  Is there a way you can undo an already voided envelope?  I have a customer asking for us to extend the envelope and I don't know how.

I have created a template where the first signer has to fill out a form to include name, address, phone number, etc. I used text boxes for the places they are required to enter information. The problem is when a user starts to fill out the form the tab key doesn't let them fill it out in order. it might take them from first name to phone number to zip code and back to last name.... Is there a way to set the order in which the signer would tab through the form?

I have created a Template/Powerform that 1 Department will be using to send to recipients often.  Is there a place inside of DocuSign to house this original form to Upload and send to the recipient rather than store it on each sender's desktop?

Hi Team,  After changing password it is showing different account I'm unable to log in my original account. Kindly help

I am uncertain how to make certain parts of the template forms not required to fill out

HI  I need to sign a document (on docusign with my electronic signature) before sending the contract to besigned by others electronically and returned. I have read all the guidance but cannot see how to do this. Any help appreciated!  thank you

I have a template where the signers need to select only one of two checkboxes.  I saw that a "radio button" would be the correct field to add, but I am not seeing a "radio button" option in my standard fields.  How can I add this?
