We are proud to be part of the DocuSign Partner Program and to have continually strived to meet and exceed its expectations. Our team has been diligently working to align with the program's requirements, and we are eager to contribute further by expanding our expertise and services.
As a Reseller, we have consistently demonstrated strong business performance and customer outcomes in the APAC region. We've surpassed the Gross New ACV requirement of $250,000, maintained a renewal performance well above 90%, and have helped dozens of customers integrate their business systems with DocuSign's API, driving greater adoption and use of the platform. Our commitment to DocuSign's success has been recognized in multiple ways, including our recent achievement of being named the DocuSign 2024 APAC Reseller Growth Partner of the Year.
Additionally, I hold the distinction of being the only individual globally from a partner organization to have successfully passed both the Certified DocuSign eSignature Administrator and Certified DocuSign eSignature Technical Consultant exams: Link.
We are also active contributors in the DocuSign Community, ranking 4th on the DocuSign Leaderboard for all-time contributions. However, despite these significant efforts, we have encountered discrepancies in our current partner tier. At present, we are still classified as a Registered Partner under the Reseller type, with no performance data available on the Partner Tier Dashboard.
In line with the contributions we've made, and our consistent growth in the APAC region, we kindly request that our partner type and tier level be reconsidered. As a dedicated and engaged partner, we believe that a more accurate recognition of our achievements would not only increase our visibility but also allow us to better support our customers with enhanced technical expertise and API integration services.
We remain committed to supporting the growth of the DocuSign platform and delivering exceptional value to our shared customers.
