Here’s what this means for you:

While your current contacts remain unchanged, PDO is now available as an extra resource for new customer deal registrations or resell deal inquiries.

I have a few questions and suggestions regarding how we can best leverage the PDO team:

  1. Scenarios and Use Cases: Could you provide more detailed information on the specific scenarios or stages where we should engage the PDO team? For example, is it limited to new deal registrations and quoting, or can it also assist with ongoing customer support and other operational needs?

  2. Transition to PDO: Will all related inquiries and deal processing eventually shift to PDO as the primary contact point, or will this remain a supplementary resource alongside our current representatives?

  3. Customer Usage Reports: One of our critical needs is tracking customer usage data, particularly identifying customers who have yet to fully utilize the platform. A monthly report highlighting underutilized accounts would enable us to proactively engage with these customers, address any challenges they might face, and ensure a smooth experience that encourages renewal. Could PDO assist in providing such reports or connect us with the right team to fulfill this need?

We believe that such a report would not only help us better serve customers but also contribute to improving DocuSign's retention and customer satisfaction rates.

The PDO team is an extra resource, not a replacement for your current contacts. You can continue working with your existing representatives while using the PDO team for additional support.

We understand the importance of tracking customer usage data to proactively address underutilization and drive engagement. While the PDO team does not currently handle customer usage reporting, we are excited to share that a release is in the works to support this functionality in the future. This will empower Partners with actionable insights to better serve your customers and strengthen renewal efforts.
