Scenarios and Use Cases: Could you provide more detailed information on the specific scenarios or stages where we should engage the PDO team? For example, is it limited to new deal registrations and quoting, or can it also assist with ongoing customer support and other operational needs?

Transition to PDO: Will all related inquiries and deal processing eventually shift to PDO as the primary contact point, or will this remain a supplementary resource alongside our current representatives?

Customer Usage Reports: One of our critical needs is tracking customer usage data, particularly identifying customers who have yet to fully utilize the platform. A monthly report highlighting underutilized accounts would enable us to proactively engage with these customers, address any challenges they might face, and ensure a smooth experience that encourages renewal. Could PDO assist in providing such reports or connect us with the right team to fulfill this need?
We believe that such a report would not only help us better serve customers but also contribute to improving DocuSign's retention and customer satisfaction rates.
