Hi Partner Team,

We found the the customer name can’t list when we create new case. there are no customer in the drop down list.

it told:

The Portal also provides the single point of entry for requessting support for your clients.

then I find this support document:

it seems only the customer with profession services can pre-poulated. 

Hope all customer which subscribe plan from the partner that can pre-populated. So we can early find the cases create for earch customer. the customers subscribe premium support, so the case also bind to the customer’s account.
