We found the the customer name can’t list when we create new case. there are no customer in the drop down list.

it seems only the customer with profession services can pre-poulated.
Hope all customer which subscribe plan from the partner that can pre-populated. So we can early find the cases create for earch customer. the customers subscribe premium support, so the case also bind to the customer’s account.
