Hello there DocuSign Community!

My name is Brandon Varela. I’m a Senior Solution Consultant with DocuSign that calls the Seattle, WA area home. It’s hard to believe that in August of this year I’ll hit the decade mark of being employed with DocuSign!

My journey with the company has been a varied one. In 2014 I started as a Tier 3 Technical Support Specialist, coming over from Microsoft. After establishing myself as a SME for various integrations, authentication, our API and more, I decided to explore a different side of the company. I transitioned to our Product Management organization where I owned our internally developed Partner Integrations with Microsoft, Oracle, Google, Slack, as well as our Print Driver and Retrieve products. What an exciting time! It taught me so much about our architecture and development practices.

After spending two years with that organization I was then offered a role with a fantastic organization known as Solution Consulting where I continue to work today. This role is essential in helping our customers (or prospects) realize the capabilities of DocuSign and get the most out of our products. This includes helping understand what features are needed to implement specific use cases or even demonstrating the products and building proofs of concept.

Ultimately, I hope to use my years of experience with DocuSign to help build and grow this community when time allows and to build better relationships with our customers. It’s a pleasure to meet everyone here and I look forward to partnering with all in the future.
