Bulk de-activation of users

I need to close a number of accounts for people who have left the company.

I have tried bulk edit and created a CSV file with the following columns

 

(Image removed due to Personal Information)

 

The system said the file was processed successfully, but the user is still active.
What am I doing wrong?

Note: I had user id, e-mail address and Status: Closed in the CSV file I uploaded.

I’m sorry to hear that the process to close users was not successful, I understand that even though the process says it was successful, it does not show as closed.

 

Are you trying to close the account using the normal DocuSign eSignature or are you trying to close them in DocuSign Admin? If you are using DocuSign eSignature (Settings > User and Group>User) which option did you select?

 

Please note that you can only use DocuSign Admin (Organization) to bulk close users: Bulk Close Users
