Why does Docusign not send emails and provide no working chat/support for new users?

I just signed up for free DocuSign to see if it will work.  It does not.

  1. Docusign cannot send an email to any recipient
  2. The chat window is “dead”, not allowing any typing into it
  3. Docusign will not permit new accounts to speak to a human.

I have tried to send and resend emails multiple times, they all fail.  Either Docusign is going out of business, or they are discriminating and should expect a lawsuit

Regarding the email issue, are you receiving an error message when you try to send the envelope? If so, could you share a screenshot of the error or the Envelope ID? That will help us take a closer look and determine why the emails aren't being sent.

For the chat issue, if the chat window isn't allowing you to type, could you try accessing it from a different browser or device? You can also try using an incognito/private browsing window or clearing your browser's cache and cookies, as browser-related issues can sometimes affect the chat experience. You may also try going to this link and clicking on “Chat with us”.
