No Longer Able to Shift-Click to Select Multiple Items

Shift-clicking the top box used to select all of them. Now it just selects the one hovered over.

Thank you for getting back to us and providing that screenshot. 

I apologize if recent updates have affected your typical workflow. To clarify, the upper checkbox is designed to function as the “Select All” option for your envelopes. 
 

Please try clicking that top checkbox directly to see if it correctly selects all items in your Sent folder. If the behavior is different, I recommend testing in a different web browser to see if the issue occurs.

I do know that that selects all. What I meant by “top box” is the one with gray around it in my screenshot, not the select-all box. I am trying to only select a specific range, not all.

I appreciate that clarification. I understand now that you are referring to selecting a specific range of envelopes instead of all of them.  

To provide some context, the Shift-click function was previously used as a workaround for selecting multiple envelopes because a “Select all” option did not exist before. Now that our engineers have built and implemented the “Select All” checkbox to innovate the process, it appears this update has superseded the previous Shift-key shortcut. 

However, we want our users to know that we hear your requests. If you would like to see range selection functionality using the shift key reintroduced, please submit an Idea Post here: https://community.docusign.com/ideas. This will allow our engineers to track how many users want to consider the change for future enhancements.
