Mass delete alternate emails for our users?

Hi,

Is there a way to do a mass delete of of users’ alternate emails? 

We recently updated new email for all our users. The old email addresses are now under alternate email for each user.

When resetting password, users now receives two separate passcode. One to the primary email, and one to the alternatve email. 

We have to manually delete this for each user?

At the moment, Docusign doesn’t have a bulk option to remove alternate email addresses, so these would need to be updated individually for each user under Admin > Users. While mass deletion of alternate users’ email isn’t available at the moment, the best place to share this kind of idea is on our Ideas board: Submit a feature request

That’s where ideas from Docusign users like you can submit ideas to improve Docusign’s features, and where you can also vote on ideas from other members.
