Hello,I was wondering if anyone knows how to reset an accounts email as I have used my work email to create an account but the email won’t let me in through the company portal because there was an option I selected which I needed to skip in order to get access. I would like to begin the set-up process again and want to know whether I will be able to use the same email?Thank you.

Hello, I have received a contract with the following signature: Is it a completly legal signature for a contract? Thanks!

I am an administrator sending an envelope on my behalf of my boss. How can I make sure that both of us (Myself and my boss) receive notifications that the envelope has been read – read receipt?

For some reason, when my client tries to use DocuSign, it automatically enters their email as their signature.ould you please advise us on how to resolve this issue?

Can I receive a notification when an email couldn't be deliviered? Or could the envelope be moved to the “Action necessary” category?

After adding signature to document and hitting send do using says there are no fields added to the document.

Hi guys,I have two questions:FIRST QUESTION: If a document gets signed in DocuSign in first row and is then send out through Docusign once again for signatures to a different group of people – what happens with the package of information related to the first set of signatures and first signature certificate? I mean, can I still access somehow this information, or it gets irreversibly overwritten?SECOND QUESTION: is it possible to send out one envelope but with two different Email messages? I mean one for internal signatures and a different one for external signatures to have at the end one signed envelope with one signature certificate covering all signatures? Thank you for your support!Katarzyna

Email received today.

Hi! I just published a new YouTube video on how to work with the different types of Docusign Templates. I cover how to create Static, Powerform, and Webforms.I went over how to determine which best suits your current setup. You can find it here:Sofian Saoudi | Founder @Solusign Consulting - Docusign PartnerNeed help with Docusign?🌎 www.solusign.com | 📧 hello@solusign.com | 📺 Learn Docusign on YouTube

Because I have signed the MTA and then I can't change my MTA contact. How can I solve this issue？

I’ve been building forms for many years and was wondering if there was a place where we can make suggested “upgrades” when building templates.Example: 1. Make a text box have a white background (so it will cover anything behind it.Make a validation for US phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX Several more as well. Thanks!

HiI have a process through which a supplier sends quotes as PDF documents that need a couple of additional details entered and to be signed by two people and sent back to the supplier.Currently I create an envelope for each quote, add radio buttons for the couple of pieces of information that need to be added, add the signers and the supplier’s email as a recipient. The supplier builds the quote from a template withinn which they have 30 or so fields that they would have to populate for each quote but the format is always the same so I add the radio buttons and signing points are always in the same location every time. Is there a way I can apply a template of my own over the quote PDFs I receive so that I don’t have to add the radio buttons and signing points each and every time?

I am wondering if it is possible to schedule a void if a document is not signed by a certain time?

Searchbar only allows me to search back upto 6 months when i try to click on any more than 6 it just goes back to 6.

My DocuSign updated and the button to "send by email" is not there anymore.  I can still sign documents, but it is saved in the DocuSign account, then I have to download it and attach to a new email which is time consuming. I don't see a pop-up blocker on. How do I add back the "send by email" button?

Greetings, I am in need of assistance with allowing the first DocuSign receiver the ability to both edit and sign. The drop down only allows me to choose one.

Hi, Im looking for documents older than 6 mths. I can see the 12 month option in the drop down box when i go to my completed documents but it does nothing when I click on it, it’s only showing me documents that are 6 months old?

Is there a reason why the SMS authentication code was not when someone is traveling internationally. Situation …..US based phone (T-mobile) being used outside the US while traveling for business. Thanks

I have a great suggestion that would vastly improve the DocuSign user’s experience processing high volumes of envelopes for signature regarding the “Document Visibility” feature.I process thousands of DocuSign envelopes each year for signature on behalf of our Office of Faculty Affairs for a university. When I use the “Document Visibility” feature, I must manually un-click several columns each time to customize envelope visibility for signers. Why isn’t there a “Check All” option at the top of each column to greatly reduce manual clicking/un-checking of documents to make un-visible? I find it very tedious to click on each little box to manually un-check entire columns when a “Check All” at the top of each column would be so much easier and efficient. There have been times I accidently missed a box or 2 while manually clicking those document visibility boxes due to how tedious and annoying it is when a “Check All” at the top of each column would eliminate that issue and save me (and others

Does anyone know how to disable the download setting that opens documents from Docusign as Adobe Reader? Recently, every time I open a download from Docusign it doesn’t give me the option and just opens in Adobe reader, when in the past it opened with my preferred PDF application. My organization does not use Adobe and has another application (which I prefer). Does anyone know how to disable this or change?

I would like to bulk upload a list of Names, Email Addresses, Company, Title for each of the 100 recipients.  I upgraded for the premium service and I downloaded the bulk CSV sample, but the sample doesnt make sense nor does it show me the fields I want.  In addition, the Youtube video that was suggested in another post was private and thus I could not watch it.  I look in support for the format of a csv for the upload, however I cannot find anythin on it.

I want to check the detailed information of this file（81ED2E2287F744329425E3CF2FE30D2B7）, but I forgot which account I used to log in with

I want to set a % threshold on a docusign. For a Board resolution, for example, the resolution is passed once 50% sign. So, I want a setting that completes the document once 50% sign. Or to be able to make certain people obligatory signatories and then others signatories who can sign, but aren’t needed?
