Help for Elderly people

Question

I am constantantly having problems with my older clients trying to sign somthing on DocuSign.  They never seem to be able to figure it out. Do you have a video for elderly people?

This short official walkthrough videomay be helpful: Get Started with Docusign eSignature: Video Series(Scroll to How to Sign a Document).Here is a simple instruction you can also provide to your clients:Open the email from Docusign and select Review Document.Read the disclosure and agree to use an electronic signature.Select Start and complete the highlighted fields.Select Finish when all required fields are complete.They generally don’t need a Docusign account or a special app, just a supported web browser. It may also help to stay on the phone with them and guide them through the highlighted fields one at a time.I hope this helps!
