hi there, yes, I do have some questions, I would appreciate any help with the below, thx in advance!!
- How to implement this version of the app “Docusign for Intune”?, when I try, upon opening the app I always get an error “App is not setup”. that means that there is no App Protection Policy applied to the app. While we do have App Protection Policies implemented in our environment (applied to “All apps”), the issue is that “Docusign for intune” app is not in the list of the 168 apps affected by the app protection policies. Neither in the official list published by Microsoft of apps supporting app protection policy: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/apps-supported-intune-apps
- which keys are available to configure the app? I cannot find anywhere in the Docusign site/community any documentation stating some keys to be used to manage the app.
- the only exception to the point above is this post: Enterprise Mobility Management with intune for IOS | Community here somebody put a printscreen of the AppConfig keys, and he complains that they dont work for iOS. If those keys are true, where is the documentation refererencing them? I also guess the problem for that person might be that he tries to apply the keys on the standard version of the Docusign app, instead on Docusign for intune version.
Hello @MarioMC,
I hope you are doing well.
The “App is not setup" error message means the app protection policies have not yet been assigned to the application. While App Protection Policies were applied to "All Apps,” it appears that the Docusign Intune is not included. I apologize for the inconvenience.
If the Docusign Intune app shows no results, please try to find the Docusign app search within the Intune environment using the bundle ID: com.docusign.DocuSignIt.MDMIntune
Also, Microsoft added a new way to add App Store apps using its Web link: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/docusign-for-intune/id6636465393.
Steps: Create app > Web-link > Fill out the App Information and add the App URL: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/docusign-for-intune/id6636465393
Next is to create and assign an app protection policy following the steps outlined here: Create and assign an app protection policy - Microsoft Intune | Microsoft Learn
Please note that this is not a product developed by Docusign, so if this recommendation does not work, kindly contact Microsoft for investigation.

Dear @MarioMC - Are you successful in finding the solution for which keys are available to configure the app ?
Dear @Melanie.Panguito - as per your instruction I added bundle ID: com.docusign.DocuSignIt.MDMIntune as a Custom App in the Intune. But However i am unable to find which keys are available to configure the app.
