Is there an option to stay in old navigation?

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the new navigation, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know that the previous navigation was more convenient for tracking your workflow. 

At this time, there isn’t an option to set the previous navigation as the default. The old Inbox/Sent folders were replaced by stage-based views. However, if your account still shows the option to turn off the new navigation under Agreements, you can temporarily disable it, but the toggle may disappear or revert as the old navigation is being retired.

Also, in the new navigation, try Agreements → All Agreements, then use filters such as Sent by me, Sent to me, In Progress, or Action Required. This will also help you manage your envelopes according to your preferences.

I am also bothered by this change. Previously I could filter by sent and completed and it would not show my envelopes that I had already processed (I place them in folders if they are processed). Now it is all mixed together and I can’t see a way to filter back to this view.

Please include better filtering options or return the old style.

I can’t stand the new navigation. It’s taken away all control over organization, and makes the folder filing system irrelevant. I now have to manually sift through tons of things in my inbox using filters that don’t do what I want just to get rid of junk I don’t want to see so I can tell what I actually need to work on. 

I’m having the same issues. This new view is not user friendly no matter how many filters are there. Those filters are not helping at all. Everything is mixed up and hard to find what actually needs to be handled. When working the inbox some items we sign right away, but others pend in created folders until I have permission to sign and release them.

Absolutely agree with everyone. The old navigation was perfect and allowed me to have complete control over my workflow. In the new navigation, filtering by status is absolutely meaningless, because I need to see Completed envelopes that are NOT in a folder yet, and there is no way to do that now. When an envelope is Completed in Docusign, that does not mean that the human’s workflow is done. We still have to process that completed envelope outside of Docusign. THEN, we as the users mark it as truly complete by moving it to a folder and OUT of our main view. 

But now, in order to find completed envelopes that I still have to process outside of Docusign, I have to sift through EVERY completed envelope, even if I’ve already filed it away just to make sure I haven’t missed anything.

Our organization really wants the old functionality back. We are receiving complaints like the following: 

“I was just wondering what happened to the Inbox and Send boxes in Docusign? I found them really helpful in knowing which agreements that I sent that still needed to be signed without having to sort through all the agreements I've sent, and the inbox was helpful so I could see which agreements were in progress and which I needed to manage without seeing every Docusign I've sent. Now I have to sort through all my agreements to find the ones that still need to be signed and the ones I need to manage because they all just show up on one page.”

At the very least can we add the old categories as filters at the top of the page?
