Ability to control the color scheme

The color change is making my workflow much more difficult. If the option to control color scheme is not added, or if these changes are not reverted soon, it might be time to start exploring alternatives. Please DocuSign designers, this service is a business tool. Unnecessary design changes that interfere with workflow are not wanted. When we send things using DocuSign, we want to ensure everything is accurate, correct and error free. We also want to be able to complete the task quickly. Please fix ASAP.

Replying for Visibility!! The colors look far too similar, especially when having to use more than 5 recipients total. More importantly, there are no options regarding colorblind accessibility! This could be largely solved by just allowing us to choose a color for each recipient from a standard (not pastel please!!) color selection. 

Can we please get some traction on this?

The development process is dynamic, and priorities can shift from needs and feedback from users like you. Out of curiosity - have any suggestions made it to the review/planned stage? I looked through the “Ideas” and they all seemed to be “Submitted”. 

It’s great that we have the opportunity to make suggestions, but if they go no where, I’m not sure upvoting matters.

​@Hengfeng Ge Fair question to ask.  The Product Management team will be reviewing the ideas during their backlog grooming sessions is my understanding.

When will the ‘backlog grooming sessions’ take place?  If an ‘Idea’ isn’t moved up to ‘review/planning’ in a few months (weeks?) should we assume nothing will be done with the suggestion? 

I’m just trying to get a handle on what the process is and how much adjusting I need to do to work around the unexpected changes in DocuSign’s format. I’m sure others - especially those who can’t see the color gradients - will need to find workarounds as well.

​@Jerry.Withers I also want to know if there is a fixed person in charge of this matter, and who is? Could this person come out and reply to the questions that everyone is concerned about? Is this review work fixed? Is it done every day, every week or every month? Or is there no one in charge of this matter now? Then the bosses should take the lead. The confidence of community members is more precious than gold. Otherwise, what's the point of raising it?
