+1One of our users cannot simply create an envelope without first having to create a template. As soon as they try to upload a document, they’re forced to use a template. Under my own login, I don’t have to do this.
Since we’ve yet to figure out the usefulness of templates, I don’t want the user to have to keep wasting time creating new templates every time they send a document.
+1So… if anyone else has this problem, I found the answer.
In the user’s profile, there’s an option for “Disable document upload” that was, by default, checked. Why on earth you’d want an advanced sender NOT to be able to upload a document is a mystery to me, but there it is!
I unchecked that box, and now the user can simply send a document in an envelope without having to waste time creating a template.
