I have a document that I uploaded to the template section. Part of the document has a section where the recipient is asked to cast a “yes or no” vote for 2 separate items and requires the signature, date and address of the recipient. I am able to make the signature, date and address fields fillable and required.  However, I cannot add radio buttons for the vote as it is locked and there isn’t a way for the recipient to check either yes or no. Is there a way to fix this? I have the Standard plan.

Thank you

Hello @Jbarnes,

Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community!

With the Standard plan, radio button fields aren’t available. To use this feature, you’d need to upgrade to the Business Pro plan.

If upgrading isn’t an option, a good workaround is to use checkboxes for the yes/no choices. You can then set the validation to require exactly one selection, so the recipient must choose either “yes/no.” 👉 Add a Checkbox Field

I hope this helps clarify things! Let us know if you have any further questions
