Search Functionality not Properly Working

Ex:

Three forms sent to “Robert”. Searching in the appropriate “Robert” will return all three. Searching just “Rob” only returns one despite all being labeled the same recipient. This doesn’t seem consistent across other examples.

Any help with this?

I appreciate your response and understand if you are unable to share a screenshot. Is the issue occurring within the Docusign interface or through an integration such as Salesforce, or anything similar? Please also share the steps taken before the issue. This will allow me to identify what might cause the issue.

Are you trying to search through the Sent items? Did you send the envelopes within the last 6 months? If not, you may use the date filter to select the start and end dates.

I don’t think that would help since I want to utilize the search feature and the pertinent items are all within 6 months.
