Hi everyone—I’m on the team putting together Momentum this year and wanted to start a thread for everyone who’s going.

If you'll be in NYC this May, drop a comment to start connecting ahead of time and to ask me any questions you have about the event.

A few ways to jump into this thread:

👋 Introduce yourself: Where are you coming from? How do you use Docusign in your work? Who do you hope to meet at the event? 

💭 What do you want to get out of Momentum this year? Anything specific you want to learn, explore, or bring back to your team? Any sessions you’re most curious to attend? 

❓What questions do you have going into the event? Could be about sessions, logistics, or even just how to make the most of it. I’ll get back to you with an answer. 

🧠 What topics are you interested in connecting on for networking sessions? I'm especially excited that this year at Momentum, we'll have Braindate sessions where you can book 1:1 or small-group conversations with peers facing the same challenges and opportunities as you. You’ll be able to host these sessions or choose from ones that Docusign hosts.  

If you're on the fence about attending, feel free to share that too—I’m happy to help answer questions.

    Sharon here from NYC. I am the CLM and E-Sign administrator, trainer, helpdesk and troubleshooter you name it! We are still on the CLM platform and hopefully one day we will move to IAM. I want to continue to learn more about the IAM platform. I was also hoping there would be additional sessions on CLM.

     

    I’m registered and will see you there!  Anyone guessing if they should attend or not…. ATTEND! It’s worth it!

        Hi,

        We just onboarded for the IAM platform and are struggling with how to organize agreements and keep sensitive information secure and only accessible to specific groups. We have approximately 30K agreements on the platform and the filters to create agreement sets don’t seem to allow for this. The one-on-one additional support that we paid for hasn’t been helpful in this area, and the support links they send have outdated instructions/screen shots. I’m hoping to learn more about how to organize agreements in the IAM by business line and get the most value out of the platform when I am at Momentum26.

        Getting started with a new platform can feel challenging at first—that’s why we offer a range of Docusign University courses on Day One (May 20). These learning opportunities are designed to help you quickly build expertise in IAM and other core capabilities. Be sure to add them to your agenda early, as they fill up fast.

        Also, don’t miss the IAM breakout sessions on Day Two (May 21). With 20+ sessions across multiple lines of business, there’s no shortage of valuable insights to explore. 

        You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with other customers in our Braindate networking lounge. Be sure to sign up when it launches at the end of the month. You’ll receive a notification as soon as it’s live.
