Moving completed documents to folders

Once a doc is completed, we move them to our Customer folders.  Our Customer folders appear on the left in Alpha order, but when we try to move the document, the folder list is NOT in alpha order.  Is there a way to fix that?  They used to be in alpha order.  we have over 200 customer folders, and there is no way to search.

To understand what’s happening, could you upload two screenshots, one showing your folder list on the left, and one showing the folder list that appears when you try to move a document.

Please make sure to blur or hide any sensitive customer information before uploading the image.

I sent the screen shots, but never heard from anyone.

How do we get out customer folders in Alpha order when moving documents?

attached are the screenshots you requested.

 

“Left Side” shows you the current Customer folders we have that appear in Alphabetical order.

 

“Jumbled” is the list we see when we are trying to move completed docs into the Customer folders.  Why aren’t they in Alpha order??
