ID Verification with Liveness

We are planning to roll out ID Verification with Liveness and I’m wondering is there a way to limit that selection when creating envelopes to a specific group or users so that not every user can see that option when creating an envelope? I wanted to be able to limit it to a pilot group before letting all users see that option.
