To help me pinpoint the issue, could you share a bit more detail?

1. What exactly happens when you enter your number? Do you see an error message? If yes, could you share a screenshot or the exact wording?

2. Are you not receiving the SMS code at all, or is the code being rejected?

3. Is the email you're using to sign up the same one you're using here in the community?

4. Are you creating the account in the sandbox (demo) environment or in production?

In the meantime, you can also try again in an incognito/private browser window or on a different device to see if the same issue occurs.
