How to send documents internally for signature, and once signed send to individual recipients, so that the recipients cannot see other recipients documents?

I need to send 40 documents internally for signature, and once signed, these 40 documents need to be sent to separate individuals. Is there a tidy way to do this ensuring that the individual recipients cannot see the other recipients documents? Many thanks
