Docusign University Access for free accounts

Hi there,

I have tried to access learning resources from Docusign Uni from both a free and a trial account. Both of them go to an error page when I click through on one of the courses. Screenshot attached.

As suggested by the error page I then try the chatbot however the widget does not launch when I click on the button. (Button page screenshot also attached)

So I cannot access Docusign University or ask directly for suypport. Can someone help and also is anyone actually using the chatbot function because I have tried different browsers/devices etc and that button just doesn’t work!!

I can access DocuSign University by my free account through below link in Edge Browser.

@tom.tao.deng is correct, you may try to access Docusign University from the link provided: https://dsudevelopers.docusign.com/ 

You may also do these basic troubleshooting steps in case you were having network/server issues:

Clear history, cache/cookies, and set it to "All time".
Try different browser(s).
Try to use Incognito.
Different Internet networks/mobile networks, 
Try a different device.
You can turn VPN on/off if applicable.

If the issue still occurs after these steps, you may provide us with the following details via private message:

Email address of the accounts in question:
Account ID: 

Once we have this information, we can take a closer look at your account and check why these features are not responding as expected.
