DocuSign link missing after downloading PDF (not signed) — what’s the correct next step?

Hi everyone,

I opened a DocuSign link to review an agreement and downloaded the PDF, but I didn’t complete the signature at the time. After that, I can no longer find the original DocuSign email or access the link.
